ASCRS•ASOA 2013 Exhibitor Badge Information

Exhibiting companies qualify for 6 complimentary badges per 10x10 exhibit space. Each additional badge (over allotment) will cost $160.00

Online Registration (password is required for log in)

Exhibitor Registration will open October 12, 2012.

The main contact for your booth will receive an e-mail regarding online Registration on the above listed date. This e-mail contains the link for online registration along with your company password.  If you do not have your password please contact the ASCRS Exhibits Manager, Jacky Inglesby at jinglesby@ascrs.org.  

Please note, in order to enter the Exhibit Hall you must have a badge at all times.

We recommend that you register before you arrive. Upon arrival, only the designated booth contact, unless otherwise noted, is the only person who may add names to the exhibitor badge allotment.

Complimentary badges that are not assigned prior to the show date can be claimed on site at no charge only by the designated booth contact. Once your company badge allotment has been fulfilled, the above charges will apply.

Exhibitor badges will NOT be mailed.  Starting at 8AM on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 you may retrieve your badge at Exhibitor Registration onsite at Moscone Center. Badges may be picked up by either the company’s designated contact or the individual listed on the badge. 

Please bring your photo ID with you and your company business card for badge verification.

Since badges will not be mailed, there is not an exhibitor registration deadline.  You may continue updating your badge requirements/allotment until the time they are picked up on-site. 

***CHANGES TO A BADGE AFTER IT HAS BEEN PRINTED WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF $160.00
***REPLACEMENT OF A LOST BADGE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF $160.00

Payment for the above is required at the time of request via Visa, Amex or MasterCard. Our registration personnel will not invoice the exhibiting company for replacement badges.   

The registration database is “live” and changes can be made up until the time the badge(s) are picked up at the Exhibitor Registration Desk on show site.

Exhibitor badges will not be issued to any practicing physician, nurse, or technician who has not registered for the meeting as an attendee in the appropriate category.
